We are seeking 2 Inside Sales Engineers to work in a direct hire role for our client, who is located in Torrance, CA/ You will be working in a team environment, selling sub-fractional horsepower electric motors, drives, fans and associated motion control products.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The company is not able to sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
Salary Range:
- Salary: 75,000 - 82,500, 10% bonus, non - exempt paid hourly (entry level role; but will consider candidates with more experience, and salary will increase to 90-100k. Must have knowledge of product line)

Job Functions:
- Responsible for building customer relationships, managing and maintaining existing accounts.
- Primarily focuses on developing existing accounts for continued relationship maintaining and new opportunities
- Responsible for identifying and developing emerging accounts to increase sales.
- May work to develop select distributors.
- Actively develops Inside Sales activity / promotions to introduce new products, discover new contacts and
- Introducing and selecting products based on application needs via phone, emails, web leads, RFQ, Sizing requests, etc;
- Provide customer service regarding price, delivery, RMA coordination and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide technical support such as trouble shooting, writing samples, technical data and information.
- May visit accounts, based on need, to further qualify, develop and evaluate potential.
- May attend trade shows, seminars and customer events
- Provide Marketing department for information and feedback from customers.
- May provide training to employees as required.
- Use CRM daily to record / report customer information in a timely manner.
- Contributes to Monthly reports.
- Share market information working with other departments throughout the organization.
- Participate in Technical Training as related to the Technical Knowledge of products.
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
Collateral Duties:
- May be required to participate in special marketing projects.
- May be required to participate in tradeshows and other corporate promotional events.
- May be responsible to train and work with sales representatives and other third-party sales groups;
- Perform other tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.
- 2 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- BSEE or BSME in related field preferred.
